Every carpet and runner sold by Carpet Outlet carries a 2-year warranty from the purchase date against manufacturing defects.

Covered

• pile or backing coming loose;
• uneven fading under normal use;
• weaving or edge-finishing defects.

Not covered

• normal wear, furniture marks, stains and cuts;
• damage from improper cleaning, moisture or prolonged sun;
• small shade differences from the site photos.

How to claim

Bring the product and receipt to any Carpet Outlet store or write to us via Contacts. We reply within 14 days.
