1. About this Policy
SRL „PRODSTAR LUX”, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, uses cookies and similar technologies on its websites for their technical operation and, depending on the visitor’s choices, for additional functionalities, analytics and marketing activities.
This Policy explains what these technologies are, for what purposes they are used, what types of information they may collect and how the visitor can set or change their choices.
2. What cookies are

Withdrawal of consent for a category prevents the future activation of those technologies.

Depending on the service and the manner in which it uses data, the provider may act as a processor, an independent controller, or in another legal role.
The Company assesses this status in accordance with its provider procedures.

Where such transfers exist, the Company applies the relevant rules and safeguards.
20. Managing Cookies in the Browser

Blocking all cookies in the browser may also affect technologies required for certain website functionalities.
Browser settings are separate from the Company's preferences panel and may be used additionally by the visitor.
